A. Any person can enter a Free parts request and it is open to all countries in Europe inc. Ireland, UK, Spain,etc and most other countries in the world.

Q. Is there a limit to the amount of Parts Requests Ads I can post?
A. No. There is no limit to the number of ads you want to post.

A. No. There is no limit to the number of vehicles you wish to add.
Q. Why can't I see the customers contact details?
A. To obtain the customers details you need to pay a nominal fee Eur 0.99.You need to select the ad you want to quote for and click on the shopping basket and proceed to the checkout. You can pay by credit or debit card.
Q. I maintain a fleet of vehicles for a company, am I able to use the site to advertise the parts I require for my fleet?
A. Yes the site is open to individuals and companies alike.
Q. I need some used (second hand) parts, Can I advertise for these?
A. Yes. You can advertise for new and used parts, specify this when posting your ad. Back to top

Q. I have registered as a Customer. Can I use this log in as a Supplier?
A. No. You must register separately as a Customer and as a Supplier.
Q. I have registered as a Supplier. Can I use this log in as a Customer?
A. No. You must register separately as a Customer and as a Supplier.
Q. Can I use the same email address for the Customer and Supplier registrations?
A. Yes. You are allowed to use the same email address for both registrations.

Q. Should I enter any personal contact information when requesting a part?
A. No. You are not permitted to enter any personal contact information when requesting a part. If you have been found doing so your account will be suspended and pending review, possibly closed.

Can you send me a receipt of payment? |
| A. | Yes. Receipts are issued on a monthly basis upon request only.You must send for a request for a receipt to us by using our contact page. Please include Vat number ( if applicable ), and your invoicing address. |

Q Can I request a Customers details from QuoteMeParts team direct?
A. No. Customer details can only obtained using the check out function on our website.
Q What if I pay for contact details & do not get them?
A. Contact details will be sent by e-mail once you have paid for them. Please be patient as some servers take longer than others to process and send the information. If you have not received the requested contact detail. Please contact us using our contact page.
Q Can I get a refund after I have paid at the check out ?
